Included with the $750 Role Diagnostic

The Role Card: a job description for an agent, on one page.

Every Role Diagnostic ends with a Role Card. It sets out what the agent would do, what an operator would handle, and what stays with your people, based on an hour of real work on your role.

What the Diagnostic includes

Four things, for $750.

  • One hour of agent coding on a bounded task from the role
  • The code produced, in a private repository or a ZIP, with a short README
  • Your Role Card: the one-page job description described below
  • A one-hour consultation on the code, the Role Card, and your next step

What is on the card

Six parts, on one page.

Each part draws on your answers and on what the hour of agent coding showed.

The role as it runs today

The role’s weekly tasks, who performs them, and the systems each one reads from or writes to.

The agent’s job

The tasks an agent could carry, written as a job description, with the permission level for each.

The operator’s part

What an Ergon operator would review, correct, and escalate when the role runs every day.

What stays with your people

The decisions that never move to an agent, and the named role that holds each one.

The data boundary

Which system holds the truth for each record, and what data an agent would need to see.

A first measure and next step

How you would know the agent does the job well, and whether to scope the system, trial another role, or wait.

How it is made

From your role to a Role Card.

  1. Describe the roleTell us what it does in a week, who does it, and which systems it touches. Plain words are best.
  2. Agree the taskTogether we choose one bounded task from the role for the hour of agent coding, and its approval points.
  3. Run the hourAn engineer directs the agent on representative examples and reviews what it produces.
  4. Write the cardThe engineer turns what the hour showed into the one-page Role Card.
  5. Walk through bothIn the one-hour consultation, you review the code and the Role Card together, then decide your next step.

Free call, Diagnostic, or Blueprint

Start free, then go deeper.

The free call tells you which parts of a role could move. The Diagnostic shows you how, with code and a Role Card.

The limit, shown first

Every Role Card marks where people decide.

Agents prepare work and act only inside agreed permissions. Anything that commits money, changes a record of truth outside policy, or reaches a customer waits for a named person on your team.

The Role Card names those points for your role. You see the boundary before any system is scoped.

Questions

How do I get a Role Card?

It comes with the Agent Role Diagnostic, which is $750 USD. The Diagnostic includes one hour of agent coding on a task from the role, the code delivered to you, the Role Card, and a one-hour consultation.

What does the free call include?

Ask an engineer is a free 15-minute call. An engineer names the parts of the role agents could take on, and the right first step. The Role Card, with the code behind it, comes with the Diagnostic.

Why is the Role Card part of the Diagnostic, not the free call?

A useful Role Card comes from real work on your role. The hour of agent coding shows what the work involves, so the card rests on evidence rather than a description.

What if agents are not a good fit for the role?

Then the Role Card says so, and explains why. The reason might be rules that are not yet written down, records split across systems, or work that is mostly judgment.

How is this different from the Workforce Blueprint?

The Role Card plans one role on one page. The Workforce Blueprint designs and prices the whole system, assigns every duty, and starts one agent running on your work.

Can I share the Role Card with my team?

Yes. It is written in plain words so leadership and the people who do the work can read it. Full engagement terms for any later work are finalized in a Master Services Agreement.

How is the Role Diagnostic paid for?

You request it here, and we reply with an engagement letter for the task. Payment is arranged directly with you after you sign it, by invoice if you need one. No payment is taken on the website.
