Pricing

Managed AI agent pricing: a $750 pilot, then one monthly fee.

The role check and a 15-minute call are free. The pilot is $750. The full plan is a fixed fee. Monthly operations cover the agents, the operators, and the reporting, priced for the work in scope.

The monthly fee

What sets the price of a managed role.

The fee is agreed in writing before operations begin, and changes only through the agreed change process.

  • The tasks in scope, and the permission level of each
  • The volume of work in a typical week or month
  • The systems the agents read and write
  • Operator coverage hours and the reporting interval
  • How often work needs an operator or your approver

Compare it fairly

Put the fee next to what the work costs you today.

Every proposal includes this comparison. These are the steps, so you can check them yourself.

  1. List what the role costs todaySalary or contractor cost, benefits and taxes, recruiting and training, tools, and the management time the role takes.
  2. Mark what moves and what staysThe Workforce Blueprint’s duty map shows which tasks agents carry, which operators handle, and which stay with your people.
  3. Count your people’s remaining timeApprovals and escalations still take time on your side. The plan estimates it, so the comparison counts it.
  4. Set the two side by sideThe proposal shows the monthly fee beside your figures. The arithmetic is yours to check before you sign.

Included in operations

One fee for the agents and the people who run them.

  • The agents in scope, running in daily use
  • Ergon operators during the agreed coverage hours
  • Exception handling and corrections within policy
  • Reports at the agreed interval
  • Maintenance, tests, and changes prepared for your approval

How clients buy

Pay for one step at a time. No long commitment to start.

The $750 pilot stands on its own. You decide on the full plan only after you have seen an agent work on your task, and on monthly operations only after the plan is priced.

  2. 02Pilot one task$750An engineer codes an agent on one task from the role in an hour. You keep the code, get a one-page Role Card, and an hour of advice.

  4. 04We run it every dayMonthlyAgents do the work, Ergon operators run them and fix exceptions, and your team approves what matters. One monthly fee.

Each step stands on its own. You never commit to the next one in advance.

Questions

Why is the Role Diagnostic priced publicly and the rest not?

The Diagnostic has a fixed scope: one hour of coding and one hour of consultation. The Blueprint and operations depend on the roles, systems, and volume in scope, so they are priced once those are known.

Are model and hosting costs included in the monthly fee?

Each proposal states which costs the fee includes and which pass through at cost, so nothing is left to discover on an invoice.

Is there a minimum term?

Terms are set in the Master Services Agreement and stated in the proposal before you sign.

How is the Diagnostic paid for?

You request it on the site, and we reply with an engagement letter. Payment is arranged after you sign it, by invoice if you need one. No payment is taken on the website.
